Welcome to InstaAlert. By accessing or using our web-based emergency alert platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Use of the Service
InstaAlert provides a tool for displaying visual emergency alerts on connected screens and devices. The platform is designed for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for other emergency notification systems.
You agree to use the service responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
3. No Guarantee of Delivery
We do not guarantee the delivery or display of any alert or notification.
Delays, technical errors, connectivity issues, or screen malfunctions may prevent alerts from being seen. By using the service, you acknowledge and accept this risk, and agree that InstaAlert is not liable for any failure to deliver an alert.
4. Limitation of Liability
InstaAlert shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform — including, but not limited to, missed or delayed alerts.
5. Privacy Policy
InstaAlert collects limited personal information solely to provide real-time safety alerts, access requests, and service communications.
Information collected may include a user’s phone number when voluntarily submitted through a QR code or web form to receive updates related to a specific request or alert. Phone numbers are used only for transactional and operational messages and are not used for marketing purposes.
InstaAlert does not sell or share personal information with third parties for advertising or marketing.
Users may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP.
6. SMS Messaging Terms
By providing your phone number and submitting a request through InstaAlert, you consent to receive SMS messages related to safety alerts, access requests, and service updates.
Messages may include confirmations, status updates, and resolution notices. Message frequency varies based on user activity.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or contact cbaines@instaalert.app.
Message and data rates may apply. InstaAlert is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier issues.
