We do not guarantee the delivery or display of any alert or notification.
Delays, technical errors, connectivity issues, or screen malfunctions may prevent alerts from being seen. By using the service, you acknowledge and accept this risk, and agree that InstaAlert is not liable for any failure to deliver an alert.

InstaAlert shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform — including, but not limited to, missed or delayed alerts.

InstaAlert does not collect or store personally identifiable information from users.
QR code interactions and alert actions are processed anonymously.
We may collect general, non-identifiable usage data to improve the system.

We do not sell or share any data with third parties.
